DROPPING BALL APPARATUS
CM38 – 120 DROPPING BALL APPARATUS
Comprising a dropping mechanism with a mould 100 mm dia x 25 mm deep. The mechanism is mounted on a stand and operate such that the ball (25 mm dia, acrylic) will falls freely from a standard height of 250 mm into a specimen of mortar in the mould and the surface has been prepared carefully.
The depth of ball penetration into the mortar gives the specimen consistency. The instrument supplied complete with acrylic ball, brass mould and machined base of stand.
